Review: Mari Carr's "June Kisses (Wilder Irish #6)."

Synopsis:

Kiss me once, shame on you. Kiss me twice, shame on me...

The first kiss with Landon, Sunnie blames on tequila. The second on adrenaline. He did save her and her Louis Vuitton from a mugger after all.

But then the kiss goes viral and sexy cop Landon is flooded with female attention. Now it’s Sunnie’s turn to save Landon—by pretending to be his girlfriend.

It’s all fake fun and games and a few orgasms until Landon’s ex comes back to town.

Now Sunnie has to decide if June is just for kisses or for love and commitment…

June Kisses is a standalone story in Mari Carr's Wilder Irish series

Review: Jo

After recently discovering Mari Carr, I was looking forward to reading my second book in only a few weeks from this author and I wasn't disappointed. "June Kisses" was a swoony and steamy friends to lovers romance. There wasn't one thing that I didn't love about it and I can't wait to catch up on more from this series.

Landon and Sunnie had been close friends since children, but after a drunken kiss, things began to change and another kiss soon followed. From them on Landon and Sunnie's relationship was so much more than friends. The story that played out was sweet but also sexy as the couple explored their new found feelings. I loved seeing Landon and Sunnie together. They made one cute couple. Landon truly was the perfect nice guy. He was kind, caring and protective, but he was also a domineering hot  alpha, especially in the bedroom. Yep, Sunnie was one lucky girl! Sunnie was a fun character who had a few problems with commitment, so as you can imagine that led to a few problems, however I had faith that this couple could make things work.

"How did we only just now find each other?
You were always there, why didn't I see you?."

As I said earlier this is my second book in the series, and I've read them completely out of order, however this really didn't matter as each book can be read as standalone. Just like the previous book, I loved the whole Collins family set up. Mari really has created such a warm and inviting family that I am enjoying getting to know more about. I'm sure it won't be long before I'm able to catch up on the books that I've missed so far.

If you love friends to lovers romance, this will not let you down.

"June Kisses" gets ❤️❤️❤️❤️ from me.
