Synopsis:

They say there's a fine line between love and hate.

There is.

I married a douchebag.

I didn't know it at the time.

He came in like a handsome stranger and blew me off my feet.

I fell madly in love, like the naive girl I am.

Then he left me high and dry.

Turns out, I was nothing more than a business plan for billionaire playboy, Marcus Tandem.

He needed to be married in order to obtain his grandfathers business, and I was the poor victim in his path.

I believed in what we had, until the truth reared its ugly head.

I never meant anything to Marcus. Not a damned thing.

With my world spinning on its axis, the girl I once was has long since died.

Instead he left me as this empty, emotionless shell.

I may have made a vow before God to love and cherish him ‘Til Death do we part, but it’s time for me to give back to Marcus, exactly what he gave me.

He has to pay.

And pay he will.

*This is part two of a two book series and it will contain a HEA – Readers over 18+

Review: Surj Harvey

I destroyed a soul. I created my own nightmare. There is no forgiveness for that.

Yet again, Bella Jewel brought her A game when writing this devastatingly perfect conclusion to Marcus and Katia's story in "'Til Death Vol 2." Never in a million years could I have predicted the direction this book would take and to say I was surprised is an understatement. It was almost like I'd jumped on a roller coaster ride but one that was on a never ending drop. My stomach bottomed out so many times and tightness in my chest was a constant. This was by no means an easy read as I witnessed two characters hit an all time low. Twist after twist, turn after turn saw an ever increasing  mountain of pain which resulted in my heart being left splintered and then shattered. There seemed so end in sight, no light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Bella Jewel was definitely going to make us work for a HEA... that was if we were going to get one at all. Trust me, right up until the very last page, this story could have gone either way.

Marcus broke me. I broke him. We're a train wreck, and sometimes there just
aren't enough parts in the world to put such a mess back together.

Compared to the first book in this series, the tone had definitely changed considerably. There was no longer a blissful, happy bubble on Katia's part and there was absolutely no cold, calculated, heartless monster when it came to Marcus. There were huge shifts in each character but not always for the better. Katia's life had changed massively in the time she was away from her husband but that time had allowed her to become consumed by hate and a need for revenge. This was not the woman I'd previously met... not by a long shot and as much as I understood her, I didn't always agree with some of her decisions. She was so utterly broken and there were times I wondered whether she would ever get her life back on track.

He broke me. he took my life in his hands and wrung it until it bled
onto the ground, leaving nothing but an empty shell.

And Marcus... WTF??? He had be feeling sorry for him right from the first page.... seriously... how did that happen? I never thought I'd see the day where my heart felt crushed for him but hey, what can I say, Bella made it happen.... good on you girl.

Before jumping into this second part to Katia and Marcus's story, I did have my reservations. I wondered how the hell this author would manage to conclude this couple's story in so few pages, especially after the revelations at the end of book one. Well, she did it and she did it so freakin' well. "'Til Death VOL 2" packed punch after punch with curve balls thrown in that fitted seamlessly into the overall plot. Not once did any of it feel rushed or crammed and never did I feel that any part of it was unbelievable or unrealistic. This couple were well and truly f**ked up but I loved the journey they took me on.

Bitterness is lodged deep in my soul, and all I want to do is rip it out just to ease the pain.

Katia's brothers featured quite heavily in this book and to say they had me swooning is an understatement. Each of them needs their own book (like now), especially Ford which was just all hot and moody and sexy and stuff... lol.

So in conclusion  this was an amazing two part series that had me chomping at the bits to get to the ending. The story was original, unique, crazy, juicy (lol) and I couldn't recommend it enough. Go read it and witness the madness that is Katia and Marcus yourselves.

This was another ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
