Review: Tara Sue Me's "The Chalet (The Submissive # 3.5)".

4.5 Hearts Review: Tara Sue Me's "The Chalet (The Submissive # 3.5)".

Synopsis:

New York Times bestselling author Tara Sue Me’s Submissive series is an international sensation. Now, Abby and Nathaniel’s story continues with their romantic wedding and a honeymoon too hot to believe…

Submitting her body was only the beginning.

Abby King didn’t know true passion until she gave herself to Nathaniel West, one of New York City’s most eligible bachelors and desired Dominants. Now, on the eve of her marriage, she realizes all her dreams are coming true. And with a romantic honeymoon getaway planned at a secluded Swiss chalet, she’s sure Nathaniel will find even more fantasies to fulfill…

Nathaniel never thought he’d settle down until Abby broke down his barriers and changed his plans. With their wedding only weeks away, he can barely wait to possess her completely—heart, body, and soul—and show her the true meaning of being both a wife and a submissive.

Only Abby has one more challenge in store before she becomes his: no sex and no collar for one month before the wedding. Nathaniel is willing to give it a shot but he has one scandalous stipulation—once that month is up, anything goes…

Review-Jo Rushton

When I read that Tara Sue Me planned on continuing Abby and Nathaniel's story with two more books I was so excited. I really wasn't ready to let this couple go and I was intrigued to see how their relationship would develop beyond their engagement.

We had traveled so far, crossed so many miles to get to this point.
Yet I knew within my heart that the twisted path we had taken to reach
this day had been worth every minute, every heartbreak

I loved "The Chalet" and even more so because this story stayed true to the characters. Abby and Nathaniel's wedding and honeymoon was entirely how I imagined it to be: a beautiful, romantic and kinky . I just adored the Alps setting for the honeymoon too. It sounded truly perfect.

The couple's relationship continued to be sweet and loving and also extremely erotic. They really had the best of both worlds. As you would expect from Abby and Nathaniel, the honeymoon was filled with both romantic and tender moments and some hot and spicy scenes that had my temperature soaring! My favorite scene involved a floor to ceiling picture window overlooking the snowy peaks. It was so hot that I'm sure that snow was about to melt away!! Lucky Abby!!

"I wish there were people outside. So they could watch me fuck you."

It was interesting to see how Abby and Nathaniel chose to incorporate their Dom/Sub lifestyles into their honeymoon. I am glad that Tara Sue Me decided to write those scenes into the story. It wouldn't have been the right honeymoon for the, if this part of their relationship was overlooked.

It was a pleasure to see how Abby and Nathaniel have made their relationship work and how far they've come as a couple. Nathaniel remained the most perfect Dominant. If I was to choose any Dominant from any book, I think that Nathaniel would be right at the top of my list. I also loved how much Abby changed from those early days in their relationship. She really grew in confidence in her role as a Submissive.

This couple have made the ideal partnership up to now and I can't wait to find out what the future holds for them now that they're married. At the end of this book I got a sneaky peak of "The Enticement". The final novel from the series. I absolutely loved it and I can't wait to read the rest!

Tara Sue Me has delivered a perfect addition to the series with "The Chalet". Although it was a novella I found that it was longer than I expected, which was a bonus. Often novella's are only a few chapters but it was not the case with this book. "The Chalet" took me a good of couple of hours to finish and it was well worth the read.

If you are fan of "The Submissive" Series then would I recommend reading this? Hell, yes. It's a no brainier!! You will not want to miss out!!

"My soul is complete with you."
"And mine has finally found a home."

For me "The Chalet" was everything I wanted from Abby and Nathaniel's wedding and honeymoon and for that reason it gets 4.5 beautiful hearts.
