The irresistible, blazing-hot sequel to New York Times bestselling author Molly McAdams's Forgiving Lies.

Rachel is supposed to be planning her wedding to Kash, the love of her life. After the crazy year they've had, she's ready to settle down and live a completely normal life. Well, as normal as it can be. But there's something else waiting—something threatening to tear them apart.

Kash is ready for it all with Rach. Especially if all includes having a football team of babies with his future wife. With his line of work, he knows how short life can be, and doesn't want to waste another minute of theirs. But now his past as an undercover narcotics agent has come back to haunt him ... and it's the girl he loves who's caught in the middle.

Trent Cruz's orders are clear: take the girl. But there's something about this girl that has him changing the rules and playing a dangerous game to keep her safe. When his time as Rachel's protector runs out, he will turn his back on the only life he's known, and risk everything, if it means getting her out alive.

Blog Tour Review-Jo Rushton

"Deceiving Lies" was a brilliant ending to another fabulous story by Molly McAdams that kept me on the edge of my seat right up until the last page. I loved it.

Rachel and Kash once again had their world turned upside down in this final book in the "Forgiving Lies" series. Book one had ended with such an awful cliff-hanger and I was desperate to find out what would happen next for Rachel and Kash. With Rachel being kidnapped for a second time, poor Kash was desperate for answers and was willing to do anything to find his fiancĂ©e.

I felt so sorry for this couple, just when things were looking up for them, the past had come back to haunt them and this time it is Rachel that suffered. They were having one hell of a bad year. Talk about bad luck!! I don't want to ruin the story and say what the future holds for Rachel and Kash but I was not disappointed. "Deceiving Lies" was full of twists and turns that I did not see coming and I found myself hooked from the first page, wandering where the story was going to go. Would Rachel and Kash finally get their happy ever?

Now, I know I said I wouldn't ruin the story but i just couldn't write this review without mentioning, new guy "Trent". Trent played a part in Rachel's kidnapping. He was supposed to be a bad guy but deep down he really wasn't. Trent went from being Rachel's Kidnapper to becoming her protecter. The more I read, the more I liked him. However I began to wonder what was going to happen to Trent and more importantly what would happen between Trent and Rachel. My heart was in my mouth in some parts of the story.

Logan was right about one thing, I was sure of it. I wasn't the same Rachel as before,
and I didn't know how to get her back. Because this time, it wasn't
just the events that had changed me..it was also Trent.

So the kidnapping changed Rachel and put a huge strain on her relationship with Kash. Life just couldn't go back to how it was before. The couple had a lot to work out. My heart broke a little for Kash, he would be lost without Rachel and it just wouldn't be right if they weren't together. I was rooting for them every step of the way.

I fell in love with Rachel and Kash right from the start of this series and by the end of this book I loved them even more. I loved how hard they both fought for their relationship to work. They loved each other with a fierce passion and in the end, nothing was going to come between them.

"I want to take care of you, I want to protect you,
I want to love you, and I want to fight with you for the rest of my life."

Rachel and Kash were truly a beautiful couple that deserved a beautiful ending to their story. Molly wrote an epilogue that melted my heart. "Deceiving Lies" could not have ended in a more perfect way. Now I Just want Trent's story!  "Deceiving Lies" gets 4.5 sour patch hearts from me!

About Molly McAdams:

Molly McAdams grew up in California but now lives in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas with her husband and furry daughter. Her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling and long walks on the beach, which roughly translates to being a homebody with her hubby and dishing out movie quotes. When she's not at work, she can be found hiding out in her bedroom surrounded by her laptop, cell, Kindle and fighting over the TV remote. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies, fried pickles and loves curling up in a fluffy comforter during a thunderstorm...or under one in a bathtub if there are tornados. That way she can pretend they aren't really happening.
