Synopsis:

***This novel contains graphic sexual content and harsh language. It is only appropriate for adult readers age 18+.

Have you ever been so angry that hitting things felt good? Or so numb that you actually felt high? The past few years have been like that for me. Traveling between fury and indifference with no stops in between.

Some people hate me for it, while others are scared of me. But none of them can hurt me, because I don't care about anything or anyone.

Blog Tour Review: Kirsty Lander

I really enjoyed this book, way more so than I did Bully but I didn't love it.. It didn't have the 'wow' factor for me, I wasn't blown away and I didn't find myself dying to get back to it, BUT it was still an enjoyable read.

There's no use in me re-hashing the storyline, for those of you that have read Bully you will have a perfect idea of what it is about. Book sequels written in the opposite POV are usually hit and miss for me. The likes of Colleen Hoover or Jamie McGuire write them to perfection, but I've also read some where they've been a bit of a 'flop'. I'm pleased to say this wasn't that case.. I felt like I was reading a new story. There was still the same storyline, but extras added in that I really appreciated.

In Bully I wasn't a massive fan of Jared. I thought he was simply a bully and a coward. Even in the end I didn't warm to him. Luckily, in Until You I did end up warming to him a little.. I'm sure that was largely due to the fact the whole book was written in his POV and I did get to really see inside his head and understand his thoughts and feelings. No, I still didn't really agree with why he treated Tate so awfully, but I understood him a little more.

"Right in that moment, I wanted everything from Tate. Everything.
Her anger and passion, her hate and lust, her body and soul."

All in all, I enjoyed this read.. it wasn't spectacular for me, but that's okay. Not every book is going to wow me. I'm glad I gave it a go and am looking forward to what is next in the series. I rated "Until You" 4 hearts

Excerpt: Tatum.

I love her so much that I hate her. We used to be friends, but I found out that I couldn't trust her or anyone else.

So I hurt her. I pushed her away.

But I still need her. The sight of her centers me, and I can pool all of my anger into her. Engaging her, challenging her, bullying her...they are my food, my air, and the last part of me that feels anything human.

But she left. She went to France for a year, and came back a different girl.

Now, when I push, she pushes back.
